  • News of Clubhouse Improvements

Thanks to Duncan and Alistair McLean for progressing improvements to the Clubhouse

    • We have council permission to build an 11m by 8m deck. I have asked Coventry for Fencing for a price. I would like to have this complete for a social event planned for the 10th October. This will include disabled access ramp, flag pole positions, possibly rain awning cover. Beneath the deck will be grey PVC tubing storage for the rugby posts should we choose to take them down during the off-season.

    • Container storage. I have had an offer of an additional container (but not for free) for equipment storage.

      • Drawings for the extension of the existing clubhouse to incorporate an additional two changing rooms with ensuite shower facilities are with a local architect.
      • Numerous grant applications are "on the go" thanks to our new Grants convenor Alastair McLean.
